This website and online store are operated by LF CAPITAL LLC, doing business as GAVEZO. Throughout these Terms, “GAVEZO,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LF CAPITAL LLC. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund Policies.

1. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction or use the store with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the website or our products for an unlawful purpose, interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, scrape or misuse content, or violate the rights of GAVEZO or others.

2. Store information and availability

We work to keep descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other information accurate. Colors and appearance may vary by screen. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue products. A product placed in a cart is not reserved. We do not guarantee that every product or service will remain available.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, purchase limits, or an inability to deliver. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount charged. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not by itself guarantee acceptance or shipment.

4. Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Shipping charges, taxes, and any other required costs are disclosed before the order is submitted. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize the applicable charge. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers; we do not receive or store complete payment-card details.

6. Product use

Follow all product instructions and use reasonable care. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, fashion eyewear and accessories are not medical devices and do not replace professional eye care. Seek advice from a qualified professional for vision or health concerns.

7. Intellectual property

The website and its original text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, videos, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to GAVEZO and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping only. No license is granted except as necessary to use the store normally.

8. Third-party services and links

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use payment, analytics, shipping, and other service providers. Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services except where applicable law provides otherwise.

9. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, image, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content for operating and promoting GAVEZO, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Where limitation is permitted, LF CAPITAL LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
